depending on your bank, an authorization on your card "holds" the funds and the amount authorized is not accessible to you.  At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payable in U.S. dollars. 

Return Policy
Unused tools may be returned in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. In addition, certain manufacturers allow for returns under their “Satisfaction Guarantees” and we will honor the return policies of these manufacturers.

Purchaser must call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back. Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we instruct you to do so.

Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our website that you prefer, please place a separate order for that item and return the unwanted item in accordance with the terms above. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.

Please state the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip (or if unavailable, another piece of paper and include your name and contact information.) Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below:
